These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of all DTPI websites, applications, software, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Service Access

You may access certain Services free of charge through a registration code provided with our physical books, or by purchasing a subscription.

• Access via Code: Your access will remain valid until the expiration of the code or as otherwise specified in applicable terms.
  
• Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees in line with the payment terms in effect at the time. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled.
  

Subscription Renewal: By activating the Service, you authorize DTPI to automatically renew your subscription for the same term and charge the applicable fee, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, no further fees will be charged. Please note, however, that prepaid fees are non-refundable, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period.

2. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. These websites are not owned or controlled by DTPI, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

3. Ownership

All content, software, and materials available through the Services are the property of DTPI, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Use of Content

You may view, download, or print content from the Services for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. Teachers, students, and scholars may use reasonable portions of the content for lesson plans, presentations, or academic projects, provided copyright notices remain intact.

You may not, without prior written consent from DTPI:

• Publish, redistribute, or sell our content.
  
• Use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools.
  
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Services.
  
• Insert or manipulate code that disrupts or alters the user experience.

1. Customer Responsibilities

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or misuse our servers, databases, or Services.
  
• Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
  
• If you detect system errors or security issues, please notify us immediately at 1800 6242.

2. DTPI Responsibilities and Rights

• You may not use the Services for commercial promotion, resale, or third-party representation without DTPI’s written consent.
  
• DTPI reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
  
• Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
